I haven't always known who I am. But I have always searched.

It took me a long time to understand that it wasn't about finding the right career, the right relationship, or the right strategy. It was about stopping living on the outside of myself.

I've founded companies, led expeditions to Antarctica and Greenland, and sailed solo across the Atlantic — 4,500 nautical miles alone in a 6.5-metre boat with two broken autopilots. I've spent 35 years making decisions under pressure, in boardrooms and in open ocean.

And yet. It wasn't until I genuinely turned my gaze inward that things began to fall into place.

Why the outer life isn't enough

I've seen it in myself and in the leaders and entrepreneurs I've worked with: outer success doesn't resolve what quietly gnaws inside. Fear doesn't disappear because you've achieved something impressive. Patterns repeat themselves even when you "should know better."

That's not a character flaw. It's information.

The subconscious holds answers that the conscious mind simply cannot reach through analysis or willpower. That's why I trained in methods that work at a deeper level.

What I work with

I'm a certified business coach and NLP coach, a certified QHHT practitioner (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique, Level 2 — Dolores Cannon's method), and an advanced practitioner of Soul Realignment™, an intuitive healing modality working with the Akashic Records.

It's an unusual combination. Commercial sharpness and soul-level analysis. Decision-making under extreme conditions and contact with the Higher Self. For me, these belong together — at sea, I learned to trust an intelligence larger than the rational mind. That understanding shapes every session I hold.

How I work

I don't believe in one-size-fits-all. Every person is unique — and what opens things up for one may be entirely wrong for another.

Sometimes we begin with a QHHT session, where answers come from within. Sometimes Soul Realignment is right — a reading that arrives at similar insights through a different door. Sometimes coaching is enough: a space to think out loud with someone who listens without judgment and challenges without steamrolling.

I don't choose the method for you. But I help you find the right one.

I'm based in Stockholm and work with a limited number of clients in order to be fully present. QHHT sessions take place in person — coaching and Soul Realignment are offered via Zoom or phone, wherever in the world you are.
